Our seasonal employees begin as entry-level laborers. Typical tasks include dumping fruit out of boxes, being part of a team dumping fruit out of drums, disassembling wooden totes after they have been emptied of fruit, loading and unloading empty 45 pound drums, sweeping, shoveling and hosing down work areas.
All employees, seasonal and regular, work rotating shifts. Employees will be scheduled for day, swing and graveyard shift on a weekly rotating basis. We run when the fruit is available - this means there are many weekends of work.
This job will last through November. During the season we offer
opportunities to become fork lift certified and there is potential to be
trained as an equipment operator. We have a proud tradition of hiring
from within for available year-round, regular positions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
