Aid in production planning based on lead times, product life cycles and production capacity by department.
Develop inventory reporting, analysis and recommendations to support production requirements based on season.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Production Control Planning for Fulfillment.
Investigate production problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
Serve as liaison between production and the Plant Manager to resolve issues.
Maintain and develop inventory costing controls.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Inventory Management, Data Entry and Analysis.
Purchasing and Supply Chain analysis.
Provide training to employees.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Training/Education:
2 year degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
Acute attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Energetic.
Must be able to excel in a fast paced environment.
Microsoft Office.
Typing 50 wpm.
Bi-lingual a plus.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range.
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as overtime, lead premiums, or bonus opportunities.
